I work with leaders on the harder questions where AI, strategy and politics intersect — the questions that don't have clean technical answers, that cross departments and disciplines, and where the cost of getting it wrong is measured in years, not quarters.
My role is rarely to bring more information into the room. It's usually to bring a different frame, an independent reading, and the patience to sit with ambiguity until the actual shape of the problem reveals itself. Considered counsel, in the old sense of the word.
